Need help with a KEVOR product? Keep your invoice and model details ready, then call or WhatsApp us. This policy explains how we review warranty and service requests.
Warranty Terms Are Product & Order Specific
Your quotation, invoice or warranty document records the warranty agreed for your product. Check the duration, start date, coverage and service arrangement before placing an order.
Warranty Period
The warranty period can vary by product, model, application and commercial arrangement.
Ask us for the warranty duration and coverage for the model you are buying. Servo stabilizers, Arjun AC stabilizers and OEM components may have different terms.
Where no specific warranty is stated in the order documents, contact KEVOR before purchase to confirm the applicable coverage.
What Warranty May Cover
Subject to the specific warranty terms for the order, warranty support may apply to defects in material, workmanship or components that arise during normal use within the applicable warranty period.
We first review the issue and the product’s warranty terms. Photos, nameplate details, fault information or an inspection may be needed to establish the cause.
Repair, replacement, component support or another remedy is determined after review of the issue and the applicable warranty terms.
Common Warranty Exclusions
Unless the applicable product warranty states otherwise, warranty may not cover damage or failure caused by:
- Incorrect installation or wiring
- Operation outside the specified electrical conditions
- Unauthorized modification or repair
- Physical, transport or accidental damage
- Water, moisture, fire or environmental damage
- External surge, lightning or abnormal supply events
- Improper maintenance or neglect
- Use contrary to the applicable product instructions
Final coverage is determined from the applicable warranty terms and the circumstances of the reported issue.
Information Needed for a Warranty Request
To help KEVOR review a warranty or service request, provide as much of the following information as available:
- Invoice or order number and date
- Model, KVA rating and serial number from the nameplate
- Photos of the nameplate and the front display or alarm
- Input and output voltage at the time of the fault, measured safely by a qualified person
- A short description of the fault and when it started
- Site city, PIN code and contact number
Service Location, Freight & Visit Charges
We start by reviewing your product details and the issue. The next step may be remote guidance, parts support, a return for inspection or an agreed site visit, depending on the product and location.
Freight, technician travel, site-visit charges, installation work, removal or reinstallation are not automatically included unless the applicable warranty or order terms state that they are covered.
Do not dispatch a product or component to KEVOR unless return instructions have first been confirmed.
Installation & Maintenance
Correct installation, suitable electrical protection, ventilation, earthing and routine maintenance can be relevant to reliable equipment operation.
Where installation or servicing requires electrical work, use appropriately qualified personnel and follow the applicable product and site requirements.
Order-Specific Warranty Terms Take Priority
If the warranty period, coverage, exclusions or service terms stated in a quotation, invoice, warranty certificate or written order confirmation differ from this general policy, the terms issued for that specific product or transaction should govern that warranty request.
