Servo Voltage Stabilizer for Mineral Water & RO Plants

Your water plant’s pumps, compressors, RO, filling and packing equipment form one load picture. Share their ratings and starting sequence so we can review the right servo configuration.

Your application checklist

  • Motor, pump, compressor, RO and filling-line nameplate details
  • Total running load and which equipment operates simultaneously
  • Motor starting method, starting demand and start-up sequence
  • Supply phase and minimum / maximum measured site voltage
  • Indoor/outdoor environment, moisture exposure and enclosure requirements
  • Existing protection, earthing, cable sizes and planned load expansion
Selection considerations

A practical review of your load.

Create a complete load list

Separate treatment, pumping, compressed-air, filling and packaging equipment. Record rated electrical input and the operating sequence. Adding only mechanical motor HP can miss auxiliary loads and power-factor effects.

Allow for starting and simultaneous operation

Pump and compressor starts can change demand. Review motor-starting methods and whether starts overlap with the running plant. A fixed “add 1 KVA” rule is not a reliable basis for every installation.

Measure the supply before quoting

Record minimum and maximum incoming voltage with a qualified electrician. For a three-phase plant, check the relevant phases and the equipment’s permissible supply conditions. Specify the required input window and nominal output in the quotation.

Choose the enclosure and service arrangement

Water-plant areas can include moisture and cleaning activity. Confirm installation location, enclosure suitability, cooling, ventilation and service access. Freight, installation and on-site support are confirmed against the actual enquiry.

Put the checklist to use

Review the full treatment and filling line

List feed pumps, high-pressure pumps, air compressors, filling equipment and packaging loads separately. Record which run together and whether pump or compressor starts overlap. Water-production capacity alone does not establish the electrical KVA.

Share electrical nameplates and the starting sequence. Confirm a suitable enclosure location away from water exposure and with access for service.

Questions, answered

Questions about this application.

How should I select a servo stabilizer for mineral water / ro plant?

Pump and compressor starts can change demand. Review motor-starting methods and whether starts overlap with the running plant. A fixed “add 1 KVA” rule is not a reliable basis for every installation.

Which cooling ranges does KEVOR offer?

Air-cooled designs release heat to the surrounding air and need suitable ventilation. Oil-cooled designs transfer heat through insulating oil and need an appropriate enclosure location and service access. We select cooling from the offered design, load, operating hours and site conditions.

Can you confirm capacity from the industry name alone?

No. The application name is a starting point. The actual electrical load, supply phase, voltage window, starting demand and equipment requirements determine suitability.
