KEVOR offers Pan-India door delivery. This policy explains packing, dispatch, freight and receiving arrangements for industrial and electrical product orders.

Pan-India Door Delivery

Door delivery is arranged to the delivery address confirmed for the order. Dispatch timing, freight, packaging, insurance and site-access arrangements depend on the product, quantity, specification and destination. The quotation or order confirmation should be treated as the final commercial reference for a specific shipment.

Packaging

KEVOR arranges packaging according to the nature, size and handling requirements of the product being dispatched.

Packaging may include protective wrapping, cartons, padding, wooden packing, palletisation or other protective measures where considered appropriate for the product and transport method.

The exact packing method may differ between servo voltage stabilizers, Variacs, dimmers, automatic voltage stabilizers and other electrical goods.

Dispatch Timeline

Dispatch timing is confirmed according to product availability, specification, quantity, production requirement and the commercial terms agreed for the order.

Any delivery or dispatch period stated in a quotation is an order-specific estimate and should be read together with the applicable payment, approval and order-confirmation terms.

Custom configurations, non-standard voltage ranges, higher capacities or special requirements may require additional preparation or production time.

Freight & Transport

Freight may be arranged by KEVOR, by the customer, or through a mutually agreed transport provider depending on the order.

Freight charges may be included, charged separately, payable at destination or arranged directly by the customer depending on the quotation and agreed commercial terms.

Where the customer nominates a transporter or arranges pickup, responsibility for the transport arrangement will follow the terms confirmed for that order.

Transit Risk & Insurance

Transit insurance is not assumed to be included unless it is specifically stated in the quotation, invoice, order confirmation or other agreed commercial document.

Where insurance is required, the responsibility for arranging it should be confirmed before dispatch.

Customers should review the freight and insurance terms of the specific order before shipment.

Receiving the Shipment

The consignee should inspect the external packaging at the time of delivery wherever reasonably possible.

If visible damage, shortage or abnormal handling is noticed, record it on the transporter's delivery document or consignment receipt before accepting the shipment where possible.

Photographs of the packaging, label and affected product may help when reporting a transit issue. Contact KEVOR promptly with the order and shipment details so the matter can be reviewed.

Delivery Location & Site Access

Customers should provide a complete and accurate delivery address, contact number and any relevant site-access information before dispatch.

For larger or heavier equipment, unloading, lifting, movement inside the premises and installation are not automatically included unless specifically stated in the quotation or order terms.

Order-Specific Terms Take Priority

If a quotation, purchase order acceptance, invoice or written order confirmation contains shipping, freight, insurance or dispatch terms that differ from this general policy, the terms confirmed for that specific order should apply to that order.
