Servo Voltage Stabilizer for HVAC & Refrigeration

For HVAC and refrigeration, running current is only part of the picture. Include compressor starts, pumps and fans so the stabilizer can be reviewed against the complete load.

Your application checklist

  • Compressor, fan, pump and control-panel electrical nameplates
  • Supply phase and each equipment manufacturer’s supply requirements
  • Compressor starting method and simultaneous start sequence
  • Minimum / maximum input voltage measured under operating load
  • Installation environment, ventilation and required protection
Selection considerations

A practical review of your load.

Use electrical ratings

Cooling tonnage describes the cooling application; it is not the stabilizer’s electrical KVA rating. Record the complete electrical input and rated current.

Review compressor starts

Starting demand depends on the equipment and starting method. List overlapping starts and normal running loads before selecting a capacity.

Separate AC retail and plant requirements

Individual 1.5 Ton and 2 Ton air conditioners belong to KEVOR’s Retail Segment. A central HVAC or refrigeration installation needs a separate industrial load review.

Specify the operating conditions

Confirm phase, voltage window, output and cooling for the selected servo. Discuss the installation location, enclosure and existing protective devices.

Put the checklist to use

Include compressor starting demand

Running current alone may not describe compressor start-up. Identify the compressor type, starting method, fan and pump loads, and the sequence in which multiple units start.

Send the equipment’s maximum electrical input and manufacturer supply limits. Confirm whether voltage regulation addresses the observed fault before selecting capacity.

Questions, answered

Questions about this application.

How should I select a servo stabilizer for hvac & refrigeration?

Starting demand depends on the equipment and starting method. List overlapping starts and normal running loads before selecting a capacity.

Which cooling ranges does KEVOR offer?

Air-cooled designs release heat to the surrounding air and need suitable ventilation. Oil-cooled designs transfer heat through insulating oil and need an appropriate enclosure location and service access. We select cooling from the offered design, load, operating hours and site conditions.

Can you confirm capacity from the industry name alone?

No. The application name is a starting point. The actual electrical load, supply phase, voltage window, starting demand and equipment requirements determine suitability.
