Your application checklist

  • Machine nameplates and the equipment that runs together
  • Supply phase and measured minimum / maximum voltage
  • Motor starting method and start-up sequence
  • Electrical input ratings, operating hours and expansion plans
  • Installation location, ventilation, earthing and existing protection
Selection considerations

A practical review of your load.

Map the production load

Include motors, drives, compressors, heaters and control equipment. Record which machines operate together rather than adding only motor HP.

Choose the coverage

Decide whether the requirement is for one machine, a production line or a distribution circuit. Each scope needs its own load and protection review.

Match the correction range

Measure the incoming supply during normal operation. Confirm phase, input-voltage window, nominal output and cooling in the written specification.

Plan for the installation

Review cable and breaker ratings, ventilation and maintenance access with the installation team. Include future loads in the discussion before ordering.

Put the checklist to use

One machine or a complete production circuit?

A dedicated machine stabilizer and a shared mainline unit have different load and distribution requirements. Map the simultaneous equipment load and planned expansion before comparing quotations.

Send the machine list and identify which circuits need regulated supply. Review isolation, breakers and bypass arrangements with the installation team.

Questions, answered

Questions about this application.

How should I select a servo stabilizer for manufacturing?

Decide whether the requirement is for one machine, a production line or a distribution circuit. Each scope needs its own load and protection review.

Which cooling ranges does KEVOR offer?

Air-cooled designs release heat to the surrounding air and need suitable ventilation. Oil-cooled designs transfer heat through insulating oil and need an appropriate enclosure location and service access. We select cooling from the offered design, load, operating hours and site conditions.

Can you confirm capacity from the industry name alone?

No. The application name is a starting point. The actual electrical load, supply phase, voltage window, starting demand and equipment requirements determine suitability.
