Order-Specific Documents Take Priority
Product price, tax, payment terms, delivery timeline, freight, installation, warranty, technical configuration and other commercial conditions should be confirmed in the applicable quotation or order document for each transaction.
Quotations & Acceptance
A quotation issued by KEVOR is based on the product, specification, quantity and commercial information available at the time it is prepared.
Any validity period, price condition, payment requirement, delivery timeline or other commercial term stated in the quotation applies to that quotation.
An order is treated as accepted only when KEVOR confirms the order or otherwise accepts the applicable purchase order, payment or commercial arrangement in writing or through the agreed order process.
Technical Specifications & Product Selection
Product recommendations and quotations are prepared from the information supplied by the customer, including where relevant connected load, rated current, phase, voltage range, equipment type, quantity and application.
The customer should provide accurate technical information and disclose any operating condition that may materially affect product selection.
Where final suitability depends on actual site conditions, equipment characteristics, installation design or electrical measurements, those factors should be verified before purchase or installation.
Inspection, Testing & Documentation
Inspection, testing, test certificates, drawings, technical documentation or witnessed testing are provided only where applicable to the product and specifically included in the quotation or order terms.
Any customer-specific inspection or documentation requirement should be communicated before order confirmation so its feasibility, cost and timeline can be considered.
Price, Taxes & Payment
Product prices, applicable taxes, freight, installation and payment terms are stated in the relevant quotation or invoice.
Unless expressly included, additional services or costs should not be assumed to be part of the quoted product price.
Production, procurement or dispatch may depend on receipt of the payment or advance required under the applicable order terms.
Dispatch, Freight & Delivery
Dispatch timeline, freight arrangement, transport method, insurance and delivery responsibilities are governed by the applicable quotation or order terms.
Delivery dates are based on the information and conditions known when the order is confirmed and may be affected by custom specifications, approval delays, customer changes, transport conditions or events outside reasonable control.

Warranty & Support
Any warranty period, coverage, exclusions and service terms applicable to a product should be confirmed in the quotation, invoice, warranty document or other order-specific record.

Changes, Cancellations & Returns
